SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the SMS/text messaging program ("the Program") operated by Orbit Builders, Inc. ("Orbit Builders," "we," "us"), a licensed Southern California general contractor (CSLB #1145824).

Program description

Orbit Builders sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have contacted us about construction or water-damage restoration services. Messages include replies to your inquiry, free-estimate and appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups, project status updates, and occasional requests to review our work after a completed job.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Orbit Builders by contacting us first — by calling our business line and agreeing to receive text updates, or by providing your phone number when requesting service (including through third-party lead services such as Angi). We only message people who reached out to us first. We never purchase, rent, or share phone numbers.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and project with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Orbit Builders does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

Privacy
